Digital Products Policy
At SoftXPR, we strive to provide our customers with the best software solutions and service. Due to the digital nature of our products (Software License Keys), our refund policy differs from physical goods.
1. General Refund Policy
Once a digital product key has been delivered to you via email or viewed on your account, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange. This is because digital keys are unique and cannot be “returned” once revealed.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
We WILL grant a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Non-Working Key: If the license key provided is invalid, used, or does not work for the specified software version, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Product Not Delivered: If you have not received your delivery email within 24 hours of purchase (and it is not in your Spam/Junk folder).
- Out of Stock: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock shortages.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following scenarios:
- You purchased the wrong software edition (e.g., bought Windows 10 Home instead of Pro) and have already viewed the key.
- You simply changed your mind after the delivery was completed.
- Hardware incompatibility issues (please check system requirements before purchasing).
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact us at Info@Softxpr.com with your Order ID and a screenshot of the error message (if applicable). We aim to respond to all inquiries within 12-24 hours.
